You can offer to pay him or you can question his abilities. Assuming that you chose the latter option, look skeptical and you will acquire your revenge curse. Return to Jumble Murdersense and apply the curse that you just learnt.

He will be overjoyed and plot to take over the prestigious position. Speak to Iannis again and tell him that you have come to collect the legacy of a young woman. Ask him again for the legacy and tell him that it might answer questions for both of you. He will fetch the legacy xcriticalg you another 8000XP, Deionarra’s Legacy, Healing Scroll x 2 (restores 33 HP), Heart Charm x 2 and Deionarra’s Wedding Ring. You can let Iannis read the legacy if you want to be nice or tell him that it’s private if you want to be nasty.
